Deng Yan elaborated the goal requirements and significance of Party discipline learning and education。He stressed that strengthening discipline construction is a cure for comprehensively and strictly governing the Party, and carrying out Party discipline study and education is an important measure to strengthen Party discipline construction and promote comprehensive and strictly governing the Party to develop in depth。Student party members should play a vanguard and exemplary role, strictly implement Party rules and discipline, and exemplifies laws and regulations, so as to integrate thoughts and actions into the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee。
